Our Story

A Little Tree
with Deep Roots

Sweet Tree started with a simple belief: that the best bread shouldn't require a drive to the city. In 2020, we opened our doors on South Dupont Highway with one deck oven, a handful of recipes passed down through generations, and a commitment to doing things the slow way.

Today, we're still a small team — but our regulars keep us busy from sunrise to closing. We source local eggs, mill our own flour for certain loaves, and never, ever use preservatives. If it doesn't keep for a week on the counter, it's probably the right kind of bread.

Whether you're picking up a single croissant for breakfast or ordering a custom cake for a wedding, we treat every order the same way — like it's for someone we know.
